The Springfield Exposition Center encompasses a wide array of function space totaling 112,000 square feet. The facility’s largest exhibit space, the 45,000-square-foot Expo Hall, features a column free design with 35-foot ceilings, as well as three concession areas and a tractor-trailer loading dock. The Trade Center Upper Hall and Lower Hall accommodate as many as 140 trade show booths each and provide several 635-square-foot meeting rooms.
One of the most modern conference centers in the country, all event and meeting space is equipped with the latest event technology, including high-speed Internet access and state-of-the-art audiovisual resources. Electrical outlets are easy to find and pipe and drape services are available. The adjacent University Plaza Hotel provides exceptional catering and the professional staff oversee each event, bringing together the perfect mix of resources.
